2nd Tier, Global accounting firm, seeks an Accountant with approximately 3 years stable Business Services experience within a reputable firm. You will be near completion of the CA program.

You will be part of a Business Services team that will provide you with the leadership and development opportunities that someone at your stage of their career requires.

Provide diverse services to an interesting client base that differs on turnovers and sectors. Learn the art of advising management on the financial implications of business decisions.

Prepare and present management accounting information whilst liaising with Partners and the financial accounting team to ensure a seamless service of financial information is available. Evaluate risk exposures and initiate management of them.

Complete your CA or CPA program and expand on your 2 years Professional experience. Supervision is solid but initiative and independence is promoted. You will have the opportunity to communicate on most levels both in-house and with Clients.

Deal with a varied client base and reporting directly to the partners. This is a give and take culture where the firm encourages a balanced lifestyle. When the workload is there you will be under pressure to perform but at the same time recognition for such efforts will be given in the form of flexibility and social activities.

Your education is important to the firm, as they will expect you to complete your CA program and become autonomous in your client dealings and interfaces. Benefit from an in-house training programs and mentorship from the firms partners. It is expected that you have at least 18 months experience in a reputable firm.

Your role will be primarily in Business Services but you will be exposed to Auditing. Progression prospects exist, and will correlate with the quality of your work and your ability to display dedication.

The role will see you doing much more than compliance and will expect you to have 2-3 years experience in addition to undertaking the CA or CPA program. You will be helping juniors and have the capability to run jobs autonomously.
